Gears of War 2 has so much to offer. From beautiful graphics to bloody gameplay, this game will keep you hooked for hours.

Single player

In the campaign, you play as marcus fenix who is trying to save his planet, Sera, from the ugly and nasty locust. There is nothing bad to say about the campaign. It is absolutely brilliant. At times it is funny, and at other times it is ripping your heart out. I have never seen such a detailed and emotional campaign before. That alone,makes this game worth trying.

Multiplayer

Unfortunately, the multiplayer could be better. Although there are new features such as interactive maps and weapons, the server system is very laggy andit takes a while to find a game. But once you do find a game, the multiplayer is very fun, bloody, and enjoyable. The graphics also makeup for the bad server.

Overall

This game is a great choice for anyone who likes a bloody FPS. I definitely recommend to give it  try and give it a 4/5
